OK, so let's see if I understand - - As the angle of the earth changes in relation to the tilt of it's axis, the prevailing winds and SSTs change, and the storms stop being generated by waves from Africa, and begin to be spawned in the GOM and the CArribean. I thank all of you for being understanding with those of us (old Farts) who still believe if the dogs hair is hot, it's sunny and if the dogs hair is wet, its raining.
