THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER IS ISSUING ADVISORIES ON HURRICANE LISA...LOCATED OVER THE NORTH ATLANTIC OCEAN ABOUT 855 MILES WEST-NORTHWEST OF THE AZORES. A LARGE AREA OF CLOUDINESS AND THUNDERSTORMS IS CENTERED OVER THE NORTHWESTERN CARIBBEAN SEA. SOME SLOW DEVELOPMENT OF THIS SYSTEM IS POSSIBLE DURING THE NEXT DAY OR TWO AS IT MOVES WESTWARD.
