Will number 13 be a lucky number or an unlucky number. The overall weather scenario described makes it sound like the tropical storm will never be a very big problem to anyone, but I have to wonder why the NHC was so slow to discuss it. Either they were hoping it would go away, or it is so unpredictable that no one wants to take a stab at it. I hope that it is just a temporary wobble in forecasting expertise
