Presistant area of sheared convection 27N 48W

I'm sure most poeple are still peeking from time to time... but if the shear relaxes I wonder if it'd have a chance to turn into something
though the discussion says it's cold core... (not suprising)
and I think the odds are... slim to none
(and the SST's are about 23 Centigrade)

oh well. just something to look at and go, nope ain't gonna happen
