thrill commentary

jeffery... i feel the same way to a degree. just try and keep things in perspective, and not let the thrill of seeing and experiencing danger turn in to gawking at human tragedy. it's hard not to be fascinated by extremes in the world, whether man-made or natural.... it's fascinating to watch precision bombing footage, for instance.. probably not very fun to be precison bombed, though. keep in mind: rooting for a hurricane to come break some stuff isn't far removed from cheering at a snuff film.
