...and Erin. As a point of reference, peak gust at the house::
Frances, 2004: 80mph
Jeanne, 2004: 72mph (twice)
Erin. 1995: 104mph (eyewall - 40 minutes)

A 'bad' year is only defined by where you (and the storm) are at.
