Hey Droop---good to see ya back! I'm never surprised at something the NHC does/does not do. I learned a great lesson last year - they're usually right on. As much as WE like to be right, they usually make the right calls.
So we'll see what happens either at 5, 8 or 11. Or tomorrow.
