FRANKLIN HAS BEEN MOVING ERRATICALLY OVER THE PAST SEVERAL
HOURS...BUT ITS GENERAL MOTION HAS BEEN TO THE EAST-NORTHEAST NEAR
5 MPH ... 7 KM/HR. A CONTINUED UNEVEN BUT GENERALLY
EAST-NORTHEASTWARD MOTION IS EXPECTED OVER THE NEXT 24 HOURS.
