What is August 1 the day of TUTTS (ULLs)? - Count 'em..the central GOM, east of the Bahamas, one near 30N-55W, and another at 30N42W...no wonder nothings developing in this cold core atmosphere..that's a lot of shear

oh, I left one out -there's another one south of Jamaica
