Ryan, if you are in the cone, you should always watch the storm. Remember, even if the storm stays offshore, some of its impacts may be felt onshore or along shore. As for the tropical cyclone development...that should be 96L, but it's too far north. Right wave, wrong area. 96L looks to be one for the central-northern Lesser Antilles, if anywhere along the chain, but is still probably 12-24hr from being classified. |
