Interesting - Research on Hurricane effect on New Orleans

It is an interesting explanation of the dangers inherent in the topogrphy of N.O., the pumping stations, the levees, etc. in the event of a Cat 3 Hurricane. They barely brushed the possibility of a cat 4 or 5. Cat 3 appears to be enough to cause devastation due to the unique features of N.O..
