Dialup? OMG Katrina has blown us back to the stoneage!

Brings up a point i've been meaning to ask...how did cuba make out with the rain etc? I know that the us's southern neighbours are seen as non friendly but with their infrastructure, they must have really paid the price on the first view of katrina we saw while it sat on the keys...
