I dont know any better confirmation than "eye-witness" reports. That building is 27 ft above sea level. I remember them reporting about it yesterday on TWC when Jim was thanking them for letting them broadcast from there. 27 + 10 = 37 where I come from. Jim also did not sound like he was sensationalizing...he actually sounded exhausted. Let us not forget what these guys risk to bring us this information
