Only the Coast Guard is spared from that assessment, those heroic men and women have had a superhuman performance.This disaster should not be a suprise... we've known EXACTLY what would happenin this scenario for years. This is probably the most talked about disaster scenario in the country. The storm did not make a sudden turn, the forecast was terrific. Other than the NHC and the US Coast Guard, no one is exempt from criticism.
