...

WIDESPREAD CLOUDINESS AND SHOWERS OVER THE WESTERN GULF OF MEXICO ARE ASSOCIATED WITH AN UPPER-LEVEL LOW AND A WEAK SURFACE LOW PRESSURE AREA. THIS ACTIVITY HAS BECOME A LITTLE BETTER ORGANIZED OVER THE BAY OF CAMPECHE THIS MORNING...AND UPPER-LEVEL WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO BECOME A LITTLE MORE FAVORABLE FOR SOME SLOW DEVELOPMENT TO OCCUR OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS.
