I have not seen any indication that the ERC is over yet. One plane has been reporting concentric eyewalls, while the other has not. I'm not an expert, but I would expect to see at least some disruption of the eyewall on satellite before the ERC would be completed, but there has been no evidence of that... the CDO weakened and since recovered, but the eye has been well-defined the entire time so far.
