Actually, at 11:00 am yesterday they mentioned it: "A HIGH
LIKELIHOOD OF RAPID STRENGTHENING IS INDICATED BY THE SHIPS RAPID
INTENSIFICATION INDEX..."

Not sure if they expected what we got though..LOL!
