If you read the disco at 11:00 it tells about the new NOGAPS!
THE NOGAPS NO LONGER KEEPS WILMA IN THE
CARIBBEAN FOR FIVE DAYS AND IS NOW MORE IN LINE WITH THE REMAINING
MODELS
It sounds like we are slowly inching closer to at least some consistancy.
