It looks like there could be a heavy rain event in New England (where they REALLY don't need one) after all, even if the contribution from Wilma is only marginal. A strong coastal low is going to develop anyway and at the very least will likely leach some tropical moisture off of Wilma, in addition to pulling in plenty of Atlantic moisture.
