"COASTAL STORM SURGE FLOODING OF 7 TO 9 FEET ABOVE NORMAL TIDE LEVELS...ALONG WITH LARGE AND DANGEROUS BATTERING WAVES...IS POSSIBLE NEAR THE CENTER OF DEAN WITHIN THE HURRICANE WARNING AREA." doesn't this sound very low? Why would Kingston, Jamaica receive 1/4 to 1/3 of what Miss. got from Katrina, especially with Dean tracking to the South side of the island? |
