I don't see any sign of the 2nd eyewall now. The red ring appears to be the outer eyewall (~50nm radius, estimated based on degrees covered). The remnants of the inner eyewall are visible just to the ENE of the center as a small yellow band on the green. Looks like the latest ERC is nearly finished; it just has to finish clearing out the eye.
