I'm a little confused. Someone on here said not too long ago that some of the models had shifted a little further northward but in the 11:00 discussion the NHC said they had shifted further southward. I guess that also means that the ULL won't have any effect on Dean even though it has pretty much stalled. I guess because the ridge is winning out and predicted to become even stronger.
