So what did I miss? I'm in western Charlotte County, and I wake up and the low that they're watching looks to be the one that was south of Tampa yesterday is now just offshore from us and is now designated 93. So they've basically dropped the lower and are now working with the upper which is the stronger? Or is it transitioning into a surface low? I guess the hurricane hunter is going out today to take a look at it. |
