well... don't think i have ever seen this in a Tropical system....

per SPC storm reports

A PILOT REPORTED VIA THE FAA THAT A TORNADO CROSSED INTERSTATE 10 ABOUT 20 MILES WEST OF MARIANNA. (TAE) at 2210 3 miles West of CHIPLEY, WASHINGTON, FL.

First of... Give the person guts for flying in some strong winds.... second... please tell me you have a camera!
