17/1745 UTC 13.3N 81.9W TOO WEAK 95L
17/1745 UTC 12.9N 66.1W TOO WEAK 94L
At one t ime 94I was 2.5 , don't think 94I is going to do much unless it can pull rabbit out of it's Hat.
