If the GFS is correct with the timing. The intensity won't make a whole lot of difference at this point. 3 days of steady rain will allow winds above 40 mph to lay down trees. Lots of trees. Once the wind speeds increase ... many more trees will fall and creeks will rise. Tropical Depression or not.
