It appears to me that the center of TD 5 is actually southeast of where the NHC shows. I tried looking for the center in the area that the NHC shows but there is NO convection in that region. I think the low-level circulation could be in the convection off the west coast of Florida. The area that I think is the center is moving quickly just north of due west.
