I saw the same thing on the GHCC satellite site. Lower clouds are moving in a cyclonic motion. While the upper level high, thin cirrus are moving anticyclonic. This would be somewhat favorable for development. I do think there is a low pressure trough line that extends to the south of the disturbance. Based on converging winds.
