As challenging a system as Elsa has been, NHC has handled the track forecast very well thus far
113 hours ago, 2500 miles ago, the NHC issued their first cone on #Elsa. They placed the storm right off the coast of Cuba around this time.

Elsa is just 46 miles off from where they forecast it to be LAST WEDNESDAY. They're the best in the biz for a reason.
