Another informative report coming in from recon, this one about Grace. Recon is finding that her center may have reformed back south, again, for now at roughly 15.8N 68W in the most recent pass vs. 17.3N 66.8W 2pm Advisory estimated position. The further west part is not unexpected given time and motion, but if it's sticky, that 1.5 degrees latitude may make a whole world of difference on future track and intensity (e.g., initially weaker, but less odds now of being shredded over Hispaniola and also less chance of getting blasted by northerly shear in the Bahamas.)
