Re: Henri a Potential Threat to New England Grace Nearing Mexico

Grace recon shows it's in a Rapid Intensification phase, it's possible it can reach cat 3 status before landfall. Henri's recon shows the position to be 29.8N 73.7W, further south than the 8am position estimate before recon arrived.

Henri supports about 70mph winds right now.
