95l is up to 50% this morning, and likely will develop at least for a short period of time and is expected to remain out to sea. The area off Africa has a while to go, and most likely will remain out to sea, but worth watching for a bit to confirm that.

Another area off the Carolinas may form in a few days, depending on how quickly 95L moves out, that may be worth watching
