Melissa may now or very soon be Cat 5, shortly after the NHC 11PM AdvisoryHurricane #Melissa is taking yet another step up in strength tonight, with a cold ring of -80C cloud tops (pink) now encircling the eye this past hour. May be a Cat 5 now.
