where do I get information on other systems in the Atlantic?

Tropical weather outlook, or Tropical weather discussion, as mentioned in the other posts. The outlook is on the front page and has a link to the discussion there too.

When "INVEST" tags get put on systems (none are at the moment) then you can get model plots and maps.

Advisories and detailed discussions start when a system is upgraded to a depression and are updated every 6 hours. (5AM, 11AM, 5PM, 11PM EDT)

Sometimes they update every 3 hours when watches/warnings are issued. (2 AM, 5AM, 8AM, 11AM, 2PM, 5PM, 8PM, 11PM)

In extreme cases (like landfalling Katrina) it's every other hour.
