My apologies for posting this on the main page, way off topic I know. And I need to learn to look at things a little longer, my observations were based on short term satellite loops and at that time there was a nice "blob" of convection west of Cape Verde that is completely diminished now and that area along the ITCZ has been torn to's why I read most of the time and comment very little. Thanks for the response!
