.SHORT TERM...REMNANT TROPICAL LOW THAT HAS CAUSED HEAVY RAIN ISSUES
ACROSS THE ARKLAMISS THE PAST FEW MORNINGS IS NOW FIRMLY EAST INTO
CENTRAL ALABAMA. HOWEVER...CONVECTION ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE
CIRCULATION IS UNCOMFORTABLY CLOSE TO THE MS/AL BORDER RIGHT NOW AND
IT IS NOT IMPOSSIBLE SOME LOCALLY HEAVY DOWNPOURS MAY SNEAK TOWARD
HIGHWAY 45 THIS MORNING. THIS IS CONSIDERED A LOW PROBABILITY RIGHT
NOW...BUT WE WILL BE KEEPING AN EYE ON THE SITUATION.
