These links are to 5 Day Hovmoller diagrams for the Tropical Atlantic. They are basically strips of satellite photos along the respective areas. A 5 day freeze frame. As Clark said there isn't a lot of amplitude in the ITCZ right now. Using these diagrams you can visualize the day-to-day movement of each area.
