Wow! This web site is a great help for do it yourself owners. In response to the many complaints regarding tap-cons and caulk-ins, I have a patented fastener which I invented to solve these problems. Easy to install, flush with the surface, with 1/4-20 internal thread. It cannot turn in hole. Rust-proof. Pull test is: 1550 lbs. For more information, see my fastener at: BobINV2@AOL.COM.
