Nothing in Tampa but moist air and a general overcast (can see the sun through the clouds occasionally, little if any shadows from the sun)... The radar I'm looking at (about 20 minutes old) shows a strong line of showers coming up from the south - I'd be more inclined to call that band an "interaction" feature rather than a true feeder to the depression, but I suppose it could easily evolve into a feeder band. |

Moderate to heavy rain here in Brevard County. Had some heavy rain yesterday. I remember a storm maybe 9-10 years ago (I could be off a year or two) that came across the state and went off shore I think between Vero and Ft Pierce and started to get its act together. It caught us with are pants down with a hotel full of guests, lots of rain and wind for 4-6 hours before it moved northeast away from us. Maybe the same scenario tomorrow??????? We need the rain |

I don't know if we have received this much rain in Orlando, in such a short period of time, all year. We had street flooding and trees down less than a quarter mile north of our condo. (Post moved to the appropriate Forum.) |
