The person who said it WAS one of Nixon's biggest opponents, and it was said during his administration...
but it relates to 2004 in some way...

I didn't do Google, but I think this is it: Richard Nixon was around in the early 70's, John Kerry was around in the early 70's right. So I'm saying John Kerry said it when he was interviewed when he was awarded a medal?
