add HDW-High at look at the disturbed weather at 5N/33W, ULL? all of the energy it's displaying could it
become something Tropical?

It's a wave embedded in the ITCZ(Inter-Tropical Convergence Zone). If it were farther north it might have a chance to develope, but since it's below 10N by a good distance, nothing will spin up from it now. Maybe later if its move north into a favorable environment.
