rhythmic exercises - dance

Recently, certain dance positions from rhythmic exercises have been incorporated into the prominent dance forms. When adapting this to dance, it can give you everything, from a slow turn to a lighting swivel with a leg high, or parallel with the ground. The free leg is swung into space and you turn on the pivot of the other leg because you can't help it (what might have been the upstage leg in proscenium theatre).

Actually, the crouch start use of the head-weight can also help you to get out of a chair instead of forcing your tummy out first against the pull of gravity. It is now possible to adapt this to life. It will help old people in their struggle to get out of large hotel chairs and sofas, particularly if in bravely-concealed pain. When adapting this new dance moves for stage shows, you have such control that you can raise up yourselves bang on the beat of a consonant, if you want to.

When adapting this new dance moves to other established dance moves, you can get up from any sitting or relaxed position more easily, and if you fling an arm or leg into space and follow the pull of it, you are up in any direction you like – fast. It can also help to finalize a slow rising up, when your thigh muscles are doing a tough job.
