Issued at 947 AM EDT Fri Apr 3 2026

Some moisture as well as unstable air remain available over the
area this morning. At the same time, drier air will attempt to
move into the region today, especially in southern portions of
the state. This set up will bring the potential for some showers
this afternoon mostly north and along the I-4 corridor as the sea
breeze moves in. Temperatures are on track to reach the upper 80s.

No changes needed to the forecast.

VFR conditions are anticipated through the period with pockets of
drier air moving across terminals. This will keep most if any
activity north of the I-4 corridor, but will keep a low chance of
a shower or two developing along the sea breeze this afternoon.
Easterly winds prevail and become breezy at times.
