At 1100 AM AST (1500 UTC), the center of Tropical Storm Lisa was
located near latitude 18.0 North, longitude 32.5 West. Lisa is
moving toward the northwest near 8 mph (13 km/h), and this motion is
expected to continue for the next couple of days with a slight
increase in forward speed.

Maximum sustained winds are near 50 mph (85 km/h) with higher gusts.
Some strengthening is possible today, with gradual weakening
expected to begin on Thursday.

Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 125 miles (205 km)
from the center.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 1002 mb (29.59 inches).
