DISCUSSION AND 48-HOUR OUTLOOK

At 1100 PM AST (0300 UTC), the center of Tropical Storm Lisa was
located near latitude 19.2 North, longitude 32.8 West. Lisa is
moving toward the north-northwest near 7 mph (11 km/h). A
northwestward motion with an increase in forward speed is expected
over the next couple of days.

Maximum sustained winds are near 45 mph (75 km/h) with higher gusts.
Little change in intensity is expected tonight or early Thursday,
but slow weakening is expected to begin by Thursday night.

Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 125 miles (205 km)
from the center.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 1004 mb (29.65 inches).
