latitude 15.1 North, longitude 43.0 West. The remnants of Lee are
moving toward the northwest near 9 mph (15 km/h), and this motion is
expected to continue until dissipation.

Maximum sustained winds are near 30 mph (45 km/h) with higher gusts
and the low is expected to dissipate in a day or so.
