THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING ERRATICALLY TOWARD THE NORTHWEST NEAR 5
MPH... 8 KM/HR... AND THIS GENERAL MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE
DURING THE NEXT 24 HOURS.
