FLORIDA KEYS HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH A TROPICAL STORM WARNING FROM

FLORIDA COAST. STORM SURGE VALUES WILL GRADUALLY DECREASE LATER
TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY IN ALL AREAS.

RITA IS EXPECTED TO PRODUCE ADDITIONAL RAINFALL ACCUMULATIONS OF 2
