If you can't hit the "back" button after clicking on something then there is a good chance you have clicked on one of these links that open up new windows. Use the task bar (or switcher) to find the other windows. We did it this way because we have found it the best way to get various information quickly without having to wait for everything while also allowing you to stay on the current page for easy reference.
