This is for diplaying the usual information for storms with links and the mini skeeto imagpe. The format is {{Name|StormNumber|AnimationNumber|year|floaternumber}} Where name is storm name, stormnumber is the storm season number or invest number, AnimationNumber is the model loop animation number (increments by 1 per year) year is the storm year floaternumber is the number of the floater sat links used.
